Thank you for shopping at DashMode. This page explains how and when your order is shipped.

Where we ship

We ship to Canada, the United States and Europe: the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland and all European Union countries.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time

Once your order has shipped, delivery takes 10–11 days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee: carrier delays, customs checks, bad weather and busy holiday periods can sometimes add extra time.

Orders are shipped by our fulfillment partners. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.

Order tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Late or missing orders

If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your order has not arrived on time, contact us and we will look into it with the carrier.

Shipping address

Please check your shipping address before you place your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can only change the address before the order has shipped.
